Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, third-party suppliers may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 (incl. VAT) to anywhere in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scottish islands, and the Isle of Man, for a maximum weight of 500gm.

Packages weighing from 501gm to 1000gm will be charged £4.99.

• For next day delivery, the customer will be charged £7.95 for weight up to 500gm. And more 500 gm the customers will be charged 14.99.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 7-14 business days after the day we accept your order. Please note that restrictions may apply in many territories. It is your responsibility to check with the authorities in your country before placing orders for products if you are unsure as to their status. We are not liable for orders that face any customs issues. In case the order is returned to us by customs, a refund will be issued, deducting any postage charges. In case the order is destroyed by customs, we are not liable to issue a refund/replacement.
