To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons.
The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a return.

Return Shipping Costs:
please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 14-21 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. but can come to an agreement with the customer to use an alternative method if both parties agree to the same.
